Every instrument repaired by SURGILENT goes through a separate Quality Control Inspection to ensure that the instrument returned to you meets or exceeds your immediate performance expectations of a new instrument. If we repair an instrument improperly, or it does not work properly after being repaired, it will be re-evaluated and repaired at no charge.

also offers a comprehensive Repair Replacement Program
If the cost to repair any instrument exceeds 50% of that instrument s retail cost, or if your instrument has been damaged beyond repair, you will be given the option to replace the item with a comparable, new item. Our knowledgeable staff will gladly assist you in finding a comparable type, quality and priced instrument, so that you are assured the best replacement match.

All instrument repairs are quoted based on our initial repair assessment. Once we ve determined what the repair will cost, you will be contacted for approval before we proceed with the repair.
